I was just thinking:
the ads that are like: Love your body blah blah blah nobody’s perfect blah blah blah a small waist doesn’t mean everything blah blah blah
I’m like, 50 years ago, the average waist size was 25” and now it’s 34”…..ew. What went wrong? Besides lack of exercise, women now are practicing poor diet which means more fast food and fewer meals at home. I’m all for loving your body but seriously, love it in the way that you take care of it. You don’t have to look like Malibu Barbie; but maybe you can get your body in shape and maybe get your body more…lean.
